I was recently shocked to see that Kate B. Carter, long-time president of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and prolific historian, did not have a Wikipedia page, so although I didn't have time for this project, I created a page and posted it today.
The article needs more work, and it needs a picture! I couldn't find one in the public domain. Perhaps her family or the Daughters of Utah Pioneers has a picture they could release into Creative Commons. Here is a picture from Ancestry, courtesy of laynecarter50. It shows Kate in the front and her husband behind her.
There is also a nice picture in the Digital Collections of Utah State History. Kate Carter with Governor Calvin Rampton.
